I have been in love with photography for more than 10 years now, since I first discovered its power to communicate my view of the world to others. My goal with every project is not to just make pretty pictures, but to make a photographic memory for you to cherish. The memory could be about the joy you felt on your wedding day, how beautiful you really are, or a moment in the history of your family.
It is so awesome that I get to work every day at capturing the beauty, special moments and magic I see in the world and then share my vision with you. I hope to meet and photograph you soon.

Laura Wilby is a professional photographer based in Nelson, BC. She believes in the importance of artistic vision for professional photographers, but also makes sure she is up to date on the latest technology and photographic skills. Laura works on-location and also in her Nelson, BC studio.
